After weeks of outcry, Blizzard has seemingly caved to pressure from the ever-vocal Diablo 4 community and increased stacking on Prime Evil Splinters from 1, which means no stacking, all the way up to 99, a 9900% increase. That’s not just a compromise, that’s a full-blown reversal seemingly based on feedback from the players.
“WE GOT A SPLINTER STACK SIZE INCREASE,” reads an excited Reddit post featuring a screenshot from the latest Diablo 4 patch notes, which confirm, “The stack size for Prime Evil Splinters increased from 1 to 99” starting October 28. Unfortunately, the reaction at least on the Diablo 4 subreddit hasn’t been as positive as Blizzard is probably hoping. In fact, the vast majority of comments, including those with the most upvotes, are from players who feel the change is too late, if not too little.
“Nice. Wait until the bulk of the playerbase has given up in disgust,” reads the top comment on the post. I very much doubt “the bulk of the playerbase” has really given up on Diablo 4 because of this, and in fact I’d argue the majority of players don’t give a damn about stackable Splinters, but it seems the subreddit is in agreement that it simply took Blizzard too long to make this change.

WE GOT A SPLINTER STACK SIZE INCREASE
from r/diablo4
Season 15 has been out for a few weeks now, and this whole time the seasonal Prime Evil Splinters you use to grant yourself Prime Evil powers have been locked to one per inventory, meaning you could only have one of each type on you at any given time. Diablo 4’s endgame grinders hated that so much that they came up with an incredibly fussy and demanding workaround, but now Blizzard has made that technique obsolete by letting you stack up to 99 of the suckers, which seems excessive to me.
Regardless, Diablo 4 players aren’t letting Blizzard off the hook for this one.
“Too fuckin late,” says another disgruntled denizen of Sanctuary.
“I’m good. Too little too late!” says another, and so on…
Although unstackable Splinters have been seen as a season 15 bug by many, I’m convinced Blizzard was being very intentional when it limited players to just one per type. The wording in the new patch notes to me suggests a reversal rather than a bug fix, which makes this yet another example of Blizzard’s willingness to make significant design changes in response to feedback from players.
Diablo 4 PTR 3.3.0 confirms Season 16 is “carrying forward” some features by popular demand, and Blizzard is taking Druids back to school to address broken tags

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
