In Game 1, both teams traded early kills, and while Nongshim secured the first dragon, DNS gained significant advantages in the top and jungle lanes. ‘Shabel’s’ Lee Sin executed a clean mid-lane gank to take down ‘Scout’s’ Orianna. However, DNS responded effectively, keeping the gold difference nearly even by the 13-minute mark. DNS ‘Clozer’s’ Taliyah used her ultimate to roam top and target ‘Kingen’s’ Rumble, but ‘Sponge’s’ Qiyana arrived to assist, resulting in Taliyah’s death.
Nevertheless, DNS continued to chip away at towers, led by Caitlyn, and won a teamfight near the dragon pit. Nongshim remained a threat due to the high damage output of their carries, Ryze and Yu-na, making the next teamfight critical. DNS ultimately dominated the final teamfight, destroyed the Nexus at 38 minutes, and moved within one win of the championship.
In the final third game, the momentum shifted heavily early on. By the 14-minute mark, ‘Clozer’s’ Ahri had recorded three kills, and DNS had won every skirmish and secured two dragon stacks, building a lead of over 3k gold. The performance from DNS was clinical; their decision-making and execution were flawless. They relentlessly pressured a faltering Nongshim, destroying the Nexus in just 25 minutes to secure an overwhelming victory and emerge as the strongest team of the 2026 KeSPA Cup.
