Provided by – CD Projekt Red will participate in Gamescom 2026, held in Cologne, Germany, this August. The event will feature the reveal of new information regarding ‘The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’ expansion, ‘Songs of the Past.’
The new information will debut at Gamescom Opening Night Live, hosted by Geoff Keighley. The expansion news is scheduled to be shared during this event, which is known for its exclusive trailers and new game announcements.
Visitors and press on-site can attend a presentation for ‘Songs of the Past’ at the CD Projekt Red booth. The business area will be located at Hall 4.2, Booth B065, from August 26 to 28, while the entertainment area will operate at Hall 8.1, Booths B030 and A031, from August 26 to 30.
‘Songs of the Past’ is set for release in 2027 on PS5, XSX|S, and PC. Players will once again embark on a journey as Geralt of Rivia.
Since its release in 2015, the original ‘The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’ has sold 65 million copies and received over 1k awards, including more than 250 Game of the Year titles. This expansion marks the next chapter in that legacy.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
