Though he’s not giving anything away, Robert Downey Jr. says he has seen Avengers: Doomsday, and promises that it doesn’t disappoint.
When Entertainment Weekly asked the cast of Doomsday if anyone had seen the movie, the Doctor Doom star replied, “I’m on the inside track, and it is absolutely fantastic.” Then when Red Guardian star David Harbour asked if it was better than the footage they showed inside of Hall H at SDCC 2026, Downey replied, “It’s like that except extra, and I’ll sidebar with all of you. I think we may redeem ourselves yet.”
In case you missed it, during Marvel’s return to Hall H this weekend at San Diego Comic-Con, the Doomsday cast took to the stage to present a sneak peek of the new movie. The footage opened with Doom sitting on his throne as we hear Sue Storm talking about how the villain went from smart scientist to dangerous baddie. We then see Doom looking up longingly at an image of his wife and child (the same one from the Doomsday poster), before he warns the Avengers of his plan to seek justice and resurrects a bunch of Sentinels.

Doomsday has huge shoes to fill, being the first Avengers movie since the most successful Marvel movie ever, Avengers: Endgame. The 2019 film earned $2.8 billion worldwide during its theatrical run. However, Marvel will release an extended cut of Endgame just months before Doomsday hits screens, with a new post-credits scene that will lead right into the new movie.
However, it sounds as though Doomsday hasn’t tried to copy its predecessor, and will deliver a superhero unlike what we have seen before from the studio. Later in the interview, Ant-Man star Paul Rudd added, “It does feel unique. This one’s like, ‘Oh, I haven’t seen this.’ I’m excited to see the film because I know being there, reading it, working on it, the enormity of it was apparent and it felt very fresh.”
Doomsday is set to usher in a new age for the studio and “lay the foundation for the future” of the MCU, as per the film’s new synopsis, which reads, “Universes collide, and the Multiverse Saga begins its final chapter in Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday.”
Avengers: Doomsday arrives this December 18. For more on Marvel Phase 6, check out our guide to all the upcoming Marvel movies and shows.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
